What is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor?
It's a certification from Intuit, the maker of QuickBooks. ProAdvisors have passed Intuit's certification exam and are trained to set up, troubleshoot and teach QuickBooks.
Do you work with QuickBooks Online or Desktop?
Both. We set up, clean up and train on QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, and we can help if you're thinking about moving from one to the other.
My QuickBooks file is a mess. Can you fix it?
Yes. We review the file, fix miscategorized and duplicate entries, reconcile your accounts and show you how to keep it clean going forward.
How long does a training session take?
It depends on what you want to learn. Many clients start with a two-hour working session, and you can book follow-up sessions as needed.
Can you train my staff?
Yes. We offer group sessions and seminars for teams and organizations, tailored to the tasks your staff handles.
Can training be done remotely?
Yes. Sessions work well by video with screen sharing, so you can train from anywhere in the U.S. In-person sessions are available at our Apopka office.
